This place is seriously mind-blowing! The apartment is gorgeously decorated with a jaw-dropping attention to detail. It was super clean and incredibly comfortable. The location is great, just a short walk to the city centre. Helen was an amazing host, showing us around and providing clear directions. The flat is newly decorated and in pristine condition, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The monsoon shower was a luxurious touch. The well-equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean living spaces got me feeling right at home. The beds and bedding were so comfy, I slept like a dream. The indoor basement secure parking was a bonus. The flat felt really secure with the door entry fobs. Despite being in the city centre, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I had an absolutely fantastic stay and can't wait to come back. The bath was more comfortable than my own, and the huge walk-in wardrobe was a dream come true! Plus, the free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and lift added to the overall convenience. And of course, the no smoking policy on site was a big plus. I can confidently say that this flat is easily in my top three of places I've ever stayed. I would 100% stay here again.

Great central location, secure parking and very quiet at night. Excellent communication from Helen. Easy key pick up. Great location a few minutes walk from centre and Riverside/train station. Clean, modern, fully equipped comfy accommodation, loved the French balconies and view. Decor to my taste, stylish, light and airy.
The state of the flat. It wasn't clean: there was black mould in the bathroom grout and one of the rooms hadn't been hoovered.

The decor of the hotel was not to my personal taste, but I must say that it was quite lovely and had a charming ambiance. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. Additionally, I was pleased to find that the hotel was easily accessible with convenient facilities and amenities, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Although my overall experience was great, I would have preferred if the hotel had more activities specifically catered to senior people. It would have been nice to have some leisurely activities or programs designed for us, as sometimes the children working there seemed more focused on providing services for younger guests.
